Our Board-approved Compliance Program ensures an effective risk and compliance system across our businesses. Our approach is guided by ISO 19600 and involves commitment, implementation, monitoring, measurement, and continual improvement.

We adopt an enterprise risk management philosophy aligned with ISO 31000:2009. Risk management is conducted in a 5-step approach: Plan, Identify, Evaluate, Take Action, Review and Communicate.
